You can schedule a self-showing right on our website! Just click the ‘Schedule Viewing’ button on a property you want to see. This button will take you over to ShowingHero, where you can schedule a self-showing for a date and time that works best for your schedule!

Every occupant 18 and older will need to apply and be approved. Occupants under 18 do not need to apply but must be listed as additional occupants on the lease.

Some of our rental properties allow pets with certain restrictions. For example, we won’t allow dogs that are dangerous breeds. We allow a maximum of two pets per property and a weight limit of 75 lbs. Any weight over 75 lbs will need ES Property Management approval.

We require a minimum credit score of 580, a gross monthly income of 3x the rent, and a satisfactory or better rental history. We will conduct a thorough credit screening and criminal history check. We use a third-party income verification service. They verify that the income documentation you provide has not been tampered with and is a valid document. You will receive an email with a link to our third-party company’s secured server, where you will upload your income documentation (ex., pay slips, and bank statements).

Unfortunately, we do not accept Section 8 applicants at this time.
