You can pay rent online using your bank account, debit card, or credit card. You can also use our online system to make a repair request, access your lease documents, and provide notice when you’re ready to move on.

Account Setup
It only takes a few minutes to get started! Here’s what you need to do:
- Let us know you’re interested in paying your rent online.
- Give us your current email address so we can send you an invitation email.
- When you get the invitation email (it will come from donotreply@appfolio.com), click on the link in the email to set up your account.
- Create a secure password and activate your account.
- That’s it! Now you can log in anytime, from anywhere, and make payments, schedule payments, view your payment history, and more!

Please note that all of our properties are smoke-free. As the cost to remediate is extremely high, any smoking on the premises will result in a $1,000 charge at the lease end.
Additionally, all of our properties require renters insurance. This is to protect you and your family from loss or damages in an unexpected event. Insurance is provided as part of our Tenant Benefits Package.
