With over 35 years of leadership and business ownership, David Treat has established himself as a successful and respected figure. He boasts an impressive educational background, earning a BA in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University in just three years, as well as completing his studies at Western State University School of Law. Throughout his academic journey, David held prestigious positions such as President of Sigma Chi at Northwestern and President of his Student Bar at Western State.

David's professional accomplishments are equally remarkable. He has excelled in various roles, ranging from Commercial/Investment Broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial to Executive Director of the Appraisal Institute in Orange County. At the young age of 26, David founded Pacific Silverado Group, a real estate development company, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and drive for success.

Beyond his professional endeavors, David takes pride in his personal achievements. He celebrates a 27-year marriage, over 40 years of overcoming HIV and cancer, and his role as a foster father on two separate occasions.

Throughout the past two decades, David has continuously shown his commitment to serving others. He has a deep love for animals, particularly Golden Retrievers, and Shepherds, and has explored the world by sailing in the Caribbean, cycling through Europe, and venturing through Asia and Indonesia. Additionally, David dedicates his time to various boards and charities, including Affordable Housing Projects-OC, AIDS Services Foundation-OC, ACLU Public Law Center, ACT Blue, American AIDS Rides, Habitat for Humanity, and The Original Dog Whisperer.

Currently based in Carmel, Indiana, David is the founder of ES Property Management LLC., specializing in residential property management and real estate investing. His unwavering loyalty, honesty, ethics, integrity, and accountability are not limited to his professional life; they extend to his personal interactions as well. David Treat not only invests his time but also his heart, in everything he does.

My journey started in the vibrant landscapes of Southern California, but in 2004, I made the life-changing decision to move to the Midwest, where I've continued to grow both personally and professionally.

For eight fulfilling years, I worked as a paralegal, gaining invaluable experience across various fields of law. This professional background instilled in me a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring that every aspect of a task is handled meticulously.

Now, in my role as a Maintenance Coordinator specializing in Insurance Claims, I bring my extensive background, attention to detail, and commitment to process improvement to ensure that our clients receive the best service possible. I'm dedicated to making the claims process as seamless as possible, addressing every detail to provide efficient and effective solutions.

Outside of her work, Kasey leads a fulfilling life. She cherishes spending quality time with her loving husband and two wonderful children, who are now 21 and 22 years old, reflecting the strong bonds she nurtures both at home and at work.

Before transitioning into property management, Dana spent five years as a dedicated Front Desk Associate for Hilton. This role sharpened Dana’s attention to detail and ability to go above and beyond to exceed expectations. She has a keen eye for detail, able to spot even the smallest imperfections from a distance, and she brings that same level of meticulousness to every aspect of her work.

With six years of experience as a Leasing Specialist, Dana is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every client has a positive experience. She takes pride in building strong relationships and providing personalized solutions to meet individual needs. Whether assisting potential tenants in finding their ideal home or ensuring that residents feel valued and supported, Dana’s commitment to customer satisfaction remains at the heart of everything she does.
