Yes, we require all tenants to have an active renters insurance policy throughout the lease term. We also have an insurance plan in place that protects you and the landlord against any potential damage.
Tenants who take good care of the home and return it in the same condition that it was received will get a full refund of their security deposit. When you notify us of your intent to leave, we’ll tell you what kind of cleaning needs to be done. If you have paid your rent on time during your tenancy and followed the terms of the lease, chances are good that you’ll get your deposit back.
