Rental Application FAQ

  • How can I see a property?

    When you see a property that you’d like to visit, it’s easy to schedule a showing online. Tell us when you’d like to see the property, and we’ll confirm.
  • Who has to fill out an application?

    If you’d like to apply for one of our properties, all adults 18 years of age and older must apply and be subject to credit and criminal background checks. Children who are under 18 do not need to fill out an application, but must be listed and included in the lease.
  • What are your rental requirements?

    All applicants are subject to the same screening process. We look at your credit history as well as employment and income. We also talk to former landlords and conduct an eviction and public records search. To get approved, you should earn at least three times the amount of rent; have a good record of paying rent on time and taking care of properties, and no criminal history. We provide property management in Indianapolis with the intent of finding tenants who can demonstrate that they know how to be good residents.
  • Are pets allowed?

    Some of our rental properties allow pets with certain restrictions. For example, we won’t allow dogs that are dangerous breeds, and many of our landlords will restrict the number and the size of the pets you can bring into the property. You’ll need to pay a pet fee and follow the rules set forth in your lease.
  • Do you accept Section 8?

    Unfortunately, we do not accept Section 8 applicants at this time.
